Connect Our Youth Community Through Volunteering To Better Queens

Queens Youth Volunteer Community is a youth organization aiming to connect students to local volunteering opportunities in Queens, New York. We hope to initiate changes to better our community while providing its youth with a broad scope of events and projects to help create those changes. This organization was once a small friend group of no more than 13 high school students who shared a common interest in volunteering. However, this small group grew as more of our peers and friends knew about it. By now, we have over 100 volunteers, and each year ever since the fall of 2021, we would accumulate over a total of 500 volunteer hours. As time goes on, we will continue to help our community while offering its youth more opportunities to volunteer and give back.
