OUR MISSION

Connect Our Youth Community Through Volunteering To Better Queens

We are a youth organization with the aim to connect students to local volunteering opportunities in Queens, New York. We seek to initiate changes to better our community while providing its youth with a broad scope of events and projects to help create those changes. Our changes, made by all our efforts and commitment, will pursue solving or alleviating local issues within Queens.

Collaborating with other nonprofit organizations, we enable volunteers to help serve our community in various ways. Ranging from cleaning up local parks to packaging and distributing food, QVYC opens up access to a diverse set of volunteering opportunities

INITIATIVES

Inventing Ways To Help

With our nonprofit's mission in mind, we recently started creating our own initiatives to help the community. For example, this summer in 2022, we launched our first Blue Iris Project to bring love and support to our homeless by assembling and distributing 100 care packages.
